I was thinking, is it possible to make a mod that displays only the "failure" dialogue lines if you have an INT lower than 4 regardless of your skills/stats? It would be a decent substitute for the retarded build you could do in FO1-2.

One could add an intelligence check to every dialog check, but this is really a lot work. You have to touche every dialog line with such demands.
