Making a fallout3D game allowed?

I'm new to this forums so Hi to everyone.
I have a question for you guys. Is it allowed to make a fallout game and spread it over the internet? becouse I kind of want to program a 3D fallout game.

this depends on Interplay... if they think you're violaing copyright laws bcs. you have included a copyright material (like some original arts) then you may be in trouble... but I don't think IPLY is interested in any of our works....

"Original Arts" are screenshots, graphics, etc that were made by Interplay. Unless you expect to make something that is going to be extremely cool and popular or that you are going to try and sell, I wouldn't worry about it. As far as I know, nobody has been hassled by Interplay who has made fan-made pictures, websites, or games based on Fallout.

hehe, that won't be a problem, time is.... I'm currently working on some system wich will help bedroom gamedevelopers with their collision so it will take a while before I start
