Ok, i'm sure all of you have done it many many times: Missing someone with a shotgun in their ribs at 95%. Did the people at Black Isle/MicroForte ever consider missing at 95% is like hitting at 5%? I seriously doubt anyone's done that. Consider the logic. grrr..

Logic? Microforte? You should be beaten for mentioning them in the same sentence.

It makes perfect sense if you follow the kind of physics that Microforte practices. If grenades can be thrown through walls and M2 bullets kill people 9 map screens away , why not buckshot that is designed not to hurt people?

Yeah, really pisses me off no end. My great marksman with sharpshooter and Small gun skill up the wazoo sometimes feels like he couldn't hit the ground if he fell over.

[font size=1" color="#FF0000]LAST EDITED ON May-06-01 AT 00:17AM (GMT)[p]Yeah it IS really annoying, especially if you miss twice in a row at 95% to hit, I mean, thats like a one in four hundred chance.... But i seem to be doing it all the time. http://www15.Brinkster.com/primecreamer/smilies/shakehead_ron.gif

As for three times in a row, one in eight thousand... i havn't done that yet.

Too bad your guy doesn't really miss the ground when he falls, then he'd be flying.

/me realizes that the fact that he felt the need to make that joke probably marks him as a total geek. Ah well, back to playing FO2 for the 23rd time. I *will* get the perfect ending, eventually...
