My wimp wont bite

Okey, my character has 114 HP and an unarmed skill of exactly 160%, still just the Masticator manages to bite of the ear from my female player. I've reloaded a dozen of times but she never manages to do the like. Might there be anything else that your character must have to collect the Masticator's ear?

Seriously, we're talking after your character's ear has been bitten off?

Yes of course after that he bites my players ear off. Are you maybe not allowed to go for aimed blows or might there be some luck requirement? Also have I set the game difficulties to hard.

That could be it. I think both bite rolls are Unarmed skill checks modified by the opponent's max HP, and that goes up for monsters when you turn up difficulty, doesn't it? Turning it down to normal should be enough in that case.
