Need help setting up Fallout 2

So, I'm a bit confused with setting up F2 on Win10. I downloaded the game on Steam, installed. Installed the Unofficial Patch to that folder. Do I install the high res patch there or not? If I do, does it need to be first? What about Sfall? When I opened the game, there's a lot of black space around the map - have I done something wrong somewhere??
