New Vegas patch on Monday, details

I think they should really just patch DT to stop all damage equal to it, it would make the game a little more difficult, and give you the walking tank feeling when wearing power armor... which they also need to improve. 1 ST for T-51b doesn't cut it, how does the crappy T-45d have a better ST bonus than the Advanced PA? Doesn't really make sense to me.
 
I like the 5mm ammo DT bypass change. I always felt the assault carbine and the minigun were a little on the weak side.

Saying that they were weak is an understatement. They were barely stronger than the 9mm "greas gun" and a waste compared to the 10mm SMG.
