nWOD Ruleset Conversion with Character Sheet

First time out of the vault
So because one of my roommates loves the ruleset for World of Darkness I started a personal project to convert it over to a Fallout setting. Of course this proved plenty challenging, so I ended up converting the new World of Darkness over since it seemed harsher of a world to survive in. So I figured I would post what I created and to see what you all thought of it.

If anyone has any suggestions, I am always happy to hear them (read them) as it was a one man project with no real support. Tell me what you think wastelanders!

I haven't had much of a chance to play test these, so take them as you will though.

I have also now done a conversion for Perks that can be made available to players as suggested. This is a direct conversion of the Perks from Fallout 3.
