First time out of the vault
So, Im doing the quest "The House always wins part 1" and so I enter his tent. and i try to start a dialogue, and it just zooms in on caesars face then back out, i re-started my xbox, fast traveled away...i tried everything. So then i killed benny, he didn't have the chip, and it still just zoomed in on caesar's face again. AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! What do I do

I had this exact same problem. I figured it was because I was villified with Caesar and therefore couldn't talk to anyone in the camp, but at the same time it did feel buggy.

The only thing I can think to do is either pick pocket him or kill him and everyone else in the camp. That or wait for a patch, assuming it is a bug. Whats your status with Caesar Legoin?

If it did I fucked it up soon after.

The whole sequence of me going into caesars camp was bizzare and felt buggy as hell, or else just not very well thought out.

I was there on the Mr House quest line. I met the first guard on the way. He greets me then let's me though since I have the Mark of Caesar. As soon as dialogue ended he became hostile and started attacking us. Once he was dead, unsure of wheather I was in Caesars favor or not I stuck on his outfit, equiped a stealth boy and snuck past to the raft. The guy at the boat didn't seem to bothered by me. Once I reached the Fort I found that people wern't hostile, but talking to anyone would cause me to zoom in then kicked to loading screen before ending up back at Cotton Cove. Once I got though the first gate into the main area of the Fort this problem didn't occure, but going near anyone with a dog would cause them to go hostile since they saw though my disguise to the to bastard with the mark of immunity that I was  . Going into Caesars tent would cause all them to go hostile and attack me, reguardless of my stealth boy. Now that I think about it maybe the reason I couldn't talk to Caesar was because I was being chassed by nutters with ballistic fists.

Fair to say I haven't tried anything with Caesar since. I may return there for an afternoon of mass genocide though. But the whole experience really did knock my infusiasm for New Vegas down a good number of notches. It's about 6 months off of being genius.
