First time out of the vault

Not really a problem, so much as a question for you all please:
I used to have the pipboy falling bombs screensaver for my windows 95 and my windows 98 computers. By far, those were the best ever...I loved that screensaver! I want it for my computers these days, but searched for it and haven't been able to find a good link.
I'm running Windows XP Professional these days, and tried using an old file on a floppy disc I had, but not surprisingly, it was useless. I did use the search function here and found (tried to link it but hmm, not working for me) a link to a file on the Fallout 1 disc and "DOSbox" was "involved" and I was "lost."... well, so on. I struggle with certain functions, like "left clicking", but my son is pretty damned good - if it's complex to get it to work, could you give me a rudimentary step by step?
Is there one of those Fallout falling bomb screensavers out there that will work on a Windows XP system, and if so, would anyone be so kind as to link its location please?
Thanks in advance
