Perk Stacking?

If you use the Console to give yourself special perks, do the effects stack?

The ones I have in mind are from Old World Blues

Brainless - Head can no longer be crippled, +25% resistance to chem addiction, +5% DT (min +1)
Spineless - Strength+1, DT+1, torso can no longer be crippled.
Heartless - Cannot be poisoned, healing items are boosted +25%, robots have -50% crit chance.

Do these stack if you use them alongside

Big Brained - Head cannot be crippled, +10% resistance to chem addiction, +10% DT (min +1).
Cardiac Arrest - +50% poison resistance, healing items boosted by 50%, robots have -25% crit chance.
Reinforced Spine - Strength+2, Damage Threshold+2

True, since by the time you get around to starting it, you're probably level 20, armed to the teeth with all kinds of death-inducing weapons that'll take out enemies before they get within a mile of you, it seems rather pointless...

Hm...still, it's the thought that counts, and if you want to play it hard, you can always use the console to limit how much health and AP you have...

I'm no modder or anything, but from what I know, +1 for "it should work fine." You're definitely right about being able to dominate the board without using both sets, too, but a little omnipotence never hurt anyone if that's your style.

While we're on the subject, though, you'll probably want to go to the Nexus and download the fixer mods for those if you haven't already. The one that grants damage resistance doesn't calculate the values correctly in the vanilla game. There may be issues with one of the others, too, but I don't recall.

That was one of the first mods I picked up, actually
Silly that the game comes with bugged Perks, such as some guns being exempt from gaining bonuses granted by perks

At level 20, I should be floating a good six inches off the ground, surrounded by a reddish aura of rage as I obliterate everything with my .44 Magnum that shoots 50 Big Boy Mini-Nukes laced with flamer fuel and explosive rounds

Should I be thankful there's no anime mods for New Vegas?
I shall enjoy mopping the floor with giant robo scorpions and picking my teeth clean with Fist of the North Rawr


That's after I finish the game normally, of course; playing God comes later

Honestly, some perks simply REQUIRE DLC in my mind, just like all things require a SPECIAL in my mind.
