Where'd That 6th Toe Come From?
Sajdon of Vault 13, a Polish fan site dedicated to Fallout, has sent word that they have two new features on their site.

The first is a Fallout 2 quiz, currently available only in Polish.

The other feature is a short video called "A Tribute to Fallout", which is a... uh... Tribute to Fallout. You can download the six minute movie from the following address: http://fallout3.net/zip/Tribute to Fallouts.avi

I'm the author of that short movie. I say it's my tribute to Fallouts, sam say it's another Fallouts trailer... Any way moste of people liked it so I guess you'll like it too. Anyway link is: http://fallout3.net/zip/Tribute to Fallouts.avi - there were just spaces in the filename, which is 62MB and medium quality. Plus you should have XviD codec... Aaa, yes! Here's the site: http://www.xvid.org/. The sound is almost unpacked so there should be no problems. Oh, and one more thing! The file is large but only 6 minutes 20 seconds and 2 minutes subtitles in it (well, some are disappointed about it). 8)
 
How do you install the xvid thingy? It's too hardcore/geeky for me to uncompress it and stuff.
 
Newest Divx codec claims to support Xvid, and in my experience it works. I don't have Xvid codec installed and I can still view Xvid compressed videos.

That movie wasn't what I expected. It wasn't better or worse than I thought, just different, hehe.
Quality compared to size is rather poor but hey, no one said it will be in DVD quality eh ? :)
Content? Ah yes, content... Eccelent, moody, falloutish clip. My favorite is FO1 tribute part... Master is just the best no matter what.
It's definitely worth seeing but not nessesserly downloading if you have slow connection (still if this movie had greater size ... let's say about 300 megs and offered better quality I would get it :wink: ).

maybe that version of the movie will be available, however it doesn't give the real increase in quality. I used my old and junky VCR to capture the gameplay and unfortunately the picture still is blury... but it has real 25fps. Anyway, for now I dispute with people from Trzynasty Schron about it.
