does anyone here own (have access to) a 3d printer ?

I'd use plastic pins and plastic cement instead of screws; or print cover plugs and cement them over the screws.

What I'd be more interested in, is the .223 pistol. (Blade Runner's PKD)

There's quite a few repros, but the good ones are retardedly expensive (far more expensive than a real firearm often)
