Problem with colour Fallout2

I have just got a new computer and have put Fallout 2 on it. But the colour is realy bad, try looking at a high clour pic with 16 bit colour on your settings and you will understand what I mean. here is what I am running.

Video Card: nVidia RIVA TNT2 M64 Pro /with x486 fan
Sound Card: SoundBlaster Live Value
RAM: 128m pc133 SDRAM
HDD: 20Gig Seagate
Power Supply: 300 Watt
Midi Tower Case with one power supply fan
Win 2000
 
Ahhhh, yes I understand that but it is much worse. It is really chunky. You know the character setup screen well the Narg looks like he has some sort of skin disease. I have played the game before and it looked fine. But on this new computer it sucks why I don't know. I am running WIn 2000 do you know of any problems that Fallout 2 has with it?
