Raccoons?

Look, Ma! Two Heads!
I was browsing through "You're a
Fallout Junkie If...", and found one comment I didn't understand,
"You are afraid of raccoons. " I can't recall any raccoons in Fallout, or any mention. Anyone understand that one?

Supposedly, the game designers wanted to make a talking raccoon community in one of the games, though that never went past the concept phase.
