Raider Quest?

Does the Quest appear in the PipBoy because I already found the Base & talked to Stark but still the Quest won't appear in the PipBoy?

Oh, thanks for the info, How about the Bishop Holodisk? I already gave Lynette the Account Book can I still give her the Holodisk later on?
And any help on what Skills I can raise safely w/o wasting the skill points? so far this are what I did:
70% Traps
100% Speech
100% Lockpick
85% Energy Weapons
90% Doctor

I don't remember clearly, but I think you should give her the two items in the same run. Per might be able to elaborate on that, though. If he wants to, that is.
