Recommended Pain Relief Mods

Water Chip? Been There, Done That
Right, my cousin just gifted me the Fallout 3 GOTY on Steam, and now that I have a computer I can finally get mods to have some actual entertainment while playing the game. So can anyone recommend some mods to make Fallout 3 entertaining, and add some pain relief to the game.
 
Good salvaging mods? I find Fallout Balance Overhaul with FOOK and classic weapons to help. Alot. I got a few music tracks along with the original songs to help make the game actually feel dark.

Does it really make a difference? Not really, but at least you can pretend to yourself that it does.
 
Dance mods you say....hmmmm.

The uninstall mod did look rather interesting, but i'd rather try the vanilla game first :V

I've always been interested in mods, as some of the ambient music is okay (okay as in meh, and meh as in 90s pop tolerance), but the radio track's grind on me after a while and that may take away some of the repititveness of bethesda brand wasteland society for a few min...seconds.
 
A mod that gets rid of the bloody green tint (taint?) on everything. Can't remember whats it's called because I deleted all my Fallout 3 mods when I realised those 7 gigs of pain relief mods would be better spent on something else.

Fellout. This mod is necessary if you don't want to have to get laser eye surgery after playing for an hour.
