Remaking the true Fallout experience with mods

First time out of the vault
Hiya!
SOooo I can't just let go of a Fallout experience in the Fallout 4 engine, so I was wondering if there were some mods I could use to change this? To bring the old fallout vibe back? I know modders some times do amazing work, so it's totally possible, right?

Here's some I found:
Mod list:
- Horizon (Makes the game realistically more difficult, because fuck all this of being an immortal concerned parent shit)
- Start Me Up (A basic mod that lets you start out different in game and walk around the main quest, it still exists, but changes some lines of dialogue and such to let you be a different character, example: you report a kidnapping of Kelogg+the murder of both the parents instead of being the parent reporting it)
- Moribund World (Turns the lushy green wasteland full of flora into a real fallout 1 wasteland, with sand, rust and a moody dead sky)
- New Rival Raider Style Factions (Instead of having all raiders allied into a mega mad max faction called 'The Raiders', it splits them into sub factions with authentic gang names.
- Tales from Commonwealth (Great quest set with great voice acting, I'd go as far as say that this is a great replacement for side quests, not the main quest)
- Silent Protagonist
- Classif Fallout Music (Brings the music from Fallout1/2 and replaces the Fallout 4 one)
- Sim Settlements - Conqueror (Supposedly, it allows you to play as a raider, and conquer settlements, I was told its impressive but you still go around shooting people with little context, so maybe a good secondary mod)
- Fallout UIF (Seems like it adds a new evil faction which you can ally with, havent tested it, some people said it was buggy at the time of release, no idea how it is now)
- Non essential NPCs.

The veredict: WIth the above list, you'll get the ambient back, the environment, sound, etc, but it's still missing the charismatic dialogue, NPCs, storytelling and the vanilla Fallout 4 NPCs will still be boring and try to drag the game a boring route, it's missing that 'only in fallout' things you could do, like prank call to an Enclave soldier: in Fallout 2

As someone who loved NV, liked Fallout 3 and is now experiencing the gold of Fallout 1 and 2 for the first time, I'd really like to go back to 4 someday but I really dont want to be a concerned parent, and because Im only now playing Fallout 1 for the first time, Im finding a LOT of interesting dialogue and charismatic NPCs, which just widened the gap of quality I'd expect from a Fallout game, which Bethesda failed to deliver. has anyone found mods that could help fix this? Perhaps like 4 or 5 mods playing together that could fix this experience?

M8 nothing short of a total remake could fix fallout 4. Just replay the old ones or accept that fallout is basically dead. There's still an innumerable amount of great games out there. None of them are fallout but still

Still kinda shocking that after almost 5 years upon release no one tried to fix the most glaring issue
Fallout 4 has a lot of modding restrictions. The only way of fixing certain things is to use F4SE capabilities to bypass certain restrictions.
The problem is that while F4SE is a great improvement for modding, it still doesn't allow quite a few things. It's a lot of work making F4SE so it's understandable.

Also FO4 is not as liked, so if there are less people that like it, there are less people making mods for it. A large part of the initial FO4 modders were FO3/FNV modders, and a large part of those just looked at the game, tinkered around a bit and returned to make mods for FO3/FNV instead.

I guess a skill and perk mod could improve the game and make it feel a tiny bit more like a RPG. I heard of Be Excellent - Skill and perk overhaul.
But since I don't play FO4, I have no idea how it plays.

You're probably right, I heard a known modder of Fallout NV say that they would never try FO4 modding because they made it to have new dialogue restrictions, like you could have more than 4 lines of dialogue as reply or something along those lines. Ah well it just sucks to have this FO4 but not being able to enjoy it, I'll just go and mod NV after Im done with Fallout 1 and 2, I guess!
I've stumbled upon this remaster: too

I really liked Horizon for FO4 though, it made the game feel like Dark Souls in difficulty/challenge/reward, so was trying to make it work

Are there mods to make sleeping more realistic? What I mean is, I already have a hard time sleeping more than two or three hours straight, I feel that post apocalyptic stress would cause at least that much in some circumstances. Someone should make a mod for ps4, not only to keep you, but also npcs from sleeping too long or at certain hours. Like maybe get up at different times depending on their individual lifestyle.
