Rumour or Not?????

this is not a question anything to do with help, but i heard a rumour tht not only could you get to the enclave base with the oil rig ship, but with the hubologists space ship as well!!!
could someone tell me if this is true!!!!
 
In actual fact. If you join the Huboligists not only do you kill badger but you also have to format the 'emperor'. This removes any chance you have of transferring the fuel into the tanker. As a result, you can't finish the game :(
 
yes you can finish the game u just have to boost a bit of science and sneak (Or u can kill the Shi scientist). Go to the chinese computer and hack it urself.
 
I understand that it was in the original plan for the game but was taken out along with other things due to the fact that the game was rushed out the door for a christmas release. I was a possibility for a character that wanted to take the evil route in the game.
I do not know for certain however... it is only what I have heard and deduced myself from playing the game extensively.
