Russia attacks Ukraine

three facts today:

1) according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia's losses exceeded one million wounded and killed
2) the bodies of 1,212 dead soldiers and officers were handed over to Ukraine as part of the agreement, and about 5,000 more bodies will be handed over in the future
3) in response, Ukraine handed over 27 bodies of killed Russian soldiers

Duh? All Russian airframes are capable of launching nuclear weapons; that's like being surprised that water is wet.
Basically. I mean, why does Ukraine have to ask for permission to attack parked nuclear capable bombers? I mean Russia didn't ask for permission to wage war? Who asks for permission honestly? And knowing that the current U.S. administration is a giant compromised intelligence leak. I mean more power to them. Hurt the chances of them trying to use airborne nuclear ordinance in the event they get desperate.
