Russian Translator?

I paid a visit to the Russian Fallout site, http://www.fallout.ru, and I found it to be really well made and laid out. Problem is, eighty percent of the information, that is, everything that is in Russian, obviously. While I'd love to learn, I can't read, write, or speak Russian.

So, what I'm asking is this. Is there a program or somesuch that can translate the text there immediately to English? Anything of the sort?
