and yea im new to the forum but im a big lover of fallout so i thought id give my lil contirbution

ill be making and creating mods for the latest game such as cod4, FFOW so on.. with fallout content, they look amazing so far so hopefully ill be able to upload some for you guys =D

using the program u can fit it to any sony phone.

yea i based it on the character maker windows

ill be making a pure pipboy one very soon this was my first attempt lol, theyll be many more.

Any chance's that one could get the pip boy version (when you make it ) for a nokia?

heh well i supply the source aswell (pics etc)
so i guess you could retrofit it to suit a nokia via there theme maker.
