Does it heal you by magic? Is it a potion?
Is it a machine?
Does it really fit the gameplay or the universe?

Show us what you think its meant to look like with some concept art or something - but this is just a random jumble of shapes to me!

The game is Fallout 2.
I am in the modeling stage, so the textures are not present.
The object itself is a machine that restores you back to health when you use it.
