Check it out, some games are really worth the price:

Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena for 6,79
Stalker: Clear Sky for 4,99
The Witcher: Enhanced Edition for 10,99

and...

Heard about that. Torchlight is only 5 bucks, I think I'll get that one.

Yeah, I bought Stalker: Shadows of Chernobyl and Sniper Elite for a grand total of 3,38 euros, a few days ago.

I know people here have been praising Stalker, but I just assumed it was bullshit. As it turns out, it's pretty damn good. I think I'll be buying the prequel, too.

I got the Unreal Deal. Unreal Tournament 3, Unreal Tournament (Original), Unreal Gold, Unreal II: The Awakening, and Unreal Tournament 2004, all for about $14.

Then I grabbed Indigo Prophecy and Infernal for $10.

Really though all these specials are pretty awesome, if I didn't have both of the Stalkers already I'd most definitely get them now, I mean $2 for SoC and $5 for Clear Sky is pretty nice.

Nice. Downloading STALKER Clear Sky now

Thanks for the tip :)

Nooo, IP isn't worth half that. I borrowed it and I felt ripped off. Good choice with the Unreal though.

I got Torchlight and was going to get Riddick while the offer is there but I hear you can only install the game 3 times?? Wtf is that shit?

Apparantly, a thirty day counter kicks in when you install it the third time. After 30 days you get 3 new installs, so it's not a big deal, imo.

Beware, the Clear Sky (a.k.a. Glitchy Sky) is buggy as fuck, even with patches.

Yeah, I just had my first crash, after exiting the swamp level. I can't say that I cared much for that level, either.

I'd be willing to pay more for IP really, loved the game, played it a good few times in the past and enjoyed it a good amount every time. Infernal is eh, the story is weird but the gameplay is decent.

Go for Riddick though definetly, really fun game.

Just a heads up, if something catches your eye, get it right away. Apparently these deals are not steady. I just noticed that Torchlight jumped to 10 bucks today. It's still %50 off but it was 75% yesterday.

There are both steady deals, which last until january 3rd, and then there are daily deals, which last a day. Torchlight was a daily deal, so that's why the price has jumped.

I just got the Splinter Cell games and Jade Empire. I also bought Riddick yesterday, based on the recommendation in this thread, and I'm having a lot of fun with it, so thanks.

I'm not sure I'll have time to play all these games anytime soon, but what the hell.

Dead Space is also on sale. It's something I've been meaning to play but I hear the PC version has some atrocious controls.

You're lucky. I had a problem where I could not pick up any item from the ground that only takes up one grid in the inventory - pistols, bandages etc. Really irritating.

Picked up World of Goo, Riddick, and Jade Empire for a grand total of about $15. Not bad.

Looking forward to what other titles they'll have on their one-day sales.

Not much more than Shadow of Chernobyl.

Didn't found a game yet to buy. It's either I got the game already or I don't really care.

Well, I think it's over tomorrow.

They have a couple of decent deals for today only:

Whoever doesn't have Counter Strike Source, should get it now for $4.99.

Also, Morrowind is $4.99 as well. Don't let Oblivion cloud your judgement, this game is actually good. Just expect to use the console a lot as it's even glitchier.

EDIT: Also, I've heard really good things about Braid and it's 2.49 on Steam right now, which is laundry change.

EDIT 2: Decided to try out Braid and it's freaking amazing. I could not stop playing the game for hours and I want to go back and play more. I've not finished it yet but I love everything about it so far.

The game is actually not really a platformer but a 99% puzzle game. The puzzles are very unique from anything I've seen before and from each other. They're also pretty challenging but not ridiculously hard. It took me awhile to solve some of them but it always came to me at some point (without a guide).

I've been playing for hours and I'm not done yet but if you know what to do, the game is very short; it's all about figuring out the puzzles, basically. The story also seems to be pretty intriguing. This is the best 2 and a half bucks I've spent in awhile. GET THIS GAME!
