That "pray" animation

I remember a screen at the Hubologist base in San Fran that had the words "pray" and "obey" (or something) flashing on and off. I managed to find it in the DAT file (CCMNITR1.FRM), but i can't seem to animate it. Rather than researching how to convert the FRM file to a animated gif, i decided to ask if anyone has that image as a gif. I'm sure i seen it as someone's avatar here before.

But If you're all too lazy to find/animate it for me, well then i guess you might as well tell me how to do it on my own.

CCMNITR1.FRM isn't animated it just says Pray, in Fallout there's CCMNITR2.FRM which is animated with the Talking head but that was disabled in FO2.

Download Frame Animator http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/dload.php?action=file&file_id=568

you should be able to save the project as a series of BMP files and can edit them from there.

Or download Frm2Gif and extract the color.pal (Fallout2 palette file) and sue that to extract convert the frm into a GIF
