Well, about a year and a half ago I started PIPBoy 2000 LE, which didn't really concentrate on modding, mainly it was just your average Fallout fansite (with an incredibly bad site design made using Paint Shop Pro 3.12 for Windows 3.x). However I was a member of The Mod Squad (which used to be Tuff's Mod Squad before Tuff and Mad©ow disappeared). The Mod Squad and PIPBoy 2000 LE then became conglomerated. I then decided that if we were to mod more games outside fallout then I should keep the two sites separate again, however thus far we have not really started modding any outside games.
So basically at the moment PIPBoy 2000 LE and TMS are the same thing, PIPBoy 2000 LE is more of just a site name though.
