The Satellite in Old World Blues appears as an Exclaimation

I just downloaded Old World Blues and I figured all was well. I got the radio signal and the message that I have been give an additional +5 to leveling.

However, when I reach the Mojave Drive in, I see a huge exclamation mark where the satellite is supposed to be.

Anyone else have a similar issue?

You probably didn't install OWB right, I had this problem when I first installed Dead Money. Download the "Fallout Mod Manager" and re-install OWB with it.

If that still doesn't work try activating "archive invalidation", which is also included in the FOMM.
