I tell you those Russians over at www.fallout.ru really are far more advanced in finding Fallout stuff than any of these American sites (no offense to them). Hell, they actually have a real screenshot of that elusive second King Arthur encounter in Fallout 2. As for mods/inner-workings of Fallout, they have no equal. They even have a prototype map viewer. Sheesh, pretty cool...

Now that's a rant.

Yes we have a map editor in development right now.
I am a part of development team.
It's something like 40% complete we already can view maps now we working on editing part :).
 
i think someone should create a site dedicated to converting their programs/site to english. since they are obviously the most skilled at it.

i know that it has english on the site, but the prgrams/information are still in russian
