The dad is an idiot also for believing his son. That kid was just to damn happy to just be in the picture with out doing something. Take some responcability for your actions doofus and tell the truth.
 
The kid looks like an average juvenile asshole and it's pretty obvious he was messing with the guy's suit.

Regardless, that wasn't a punch. You CAN'T punch while wearing that kind of suit. That's like trying to injure someone during a pillow fight.

Unless he had any serious bruises afterwards, which would require photographic evidence in a hospital to get him anywhere legally, the incident is completely negligible.

You can't see shit on the tape. The boy messes with the guy's suit. The guy shoves in the general direction of the kid's face, grabbing his shoulder.

EDIT: Also note how they think the earlier lawsuit against a DIFFERENT guy in a Tigger costume "fondling" a girl (you can't FONDLE in those costumes -- I'd be surprised if they even had any idea of what they are touching while in them) is relevant, even though it was proven wrong and is thus rendered entirely void and nil.

Want to know why Europeans think the US is the retard school of the Western World? Take another look and go figure.

personally, I would be happy to see that kid get hit by a real tiger, but since it was a fuzzy little tiger suit, I think his parent are just a bunch of scam artists. They are truly worthless to our society and life would be better without them.

Did anyone see the movie nine months, when the stuffed dinosaur got rocked by that English dude?- that is the kind of stuff that makes me smile :)
 
Hell, these idiots are just in it for the publicity (of God knows what) and some money. It's a fucking tiger suit people!! Like Ashmo said, it's like getting hurt in a pillow fight with hands the size of basketballs.
