Well it looks like bethesda's lawyers are going to have to work over time this weekend.

Yeah I should have thought of that, that said what I had in mind was that there going being having moderators and web masters on all the major forums sites, like gamesfaqs and bethesda's own, taking down anything any one posts after seeing jerkasses pirates paying the leake 360 verison.
Yes, truly the PC games market is ruined by pirates while consoles suffer none of that stuff.
And I hope the lawyers and console advocates' next trick will be pulling a rabbit out of their own ass.
Honestly, if games will leak so soon online, wouldn't it be smarter to put out a digital version as soon as a game goes gold and then follow up later with physical versions?
