I hear all the time that you have worked in the gaming industry for all these years. Is there any way you can list what you've worked on? I'd love to see what you've had your hands in. :)

Hard to list when you've bounced around, but...

Tested and been around Origin and those people for quite some time. Knew most of them already from the SCA, and have helped them on their other pieces of work from time to time. I've learned many things by working with them, and also doing testing for numerous games (including the abyssmal T4C). I'm also referenced in an Ultima game or three, too, but I seriously doubt anyone would find out whom as I tend to use a few different handles depending on the fandom. ;P With UO, I was in a loose 'smurf' capacity for a while, not having to follow much of anything as I tended to lurk around with my friends at Origin. However, when things went really political and UO became a rape of itself and nobody original was left there, I basically never went back. To me, that was when Origin really died. Have to try to see if my login works sometime though I wouldn't care to play what that game has become. I ran the old WinterWolf BBS back in Alaska for a few years, featuring downloads of text-adventure and text-CRPG games written by myself and others, which also included my own heavy modification of Exitilus. I also ran an Ultima/Origin news mailing list up there and for a part of Canada.

Of more note, aside from my PC single-player gaming and UO experience, I've been a MU* programmer for a long time. Tested and played quite a few online games as well. MUDs, particularly, and either DIKU/MERC codebase, or my own PLMUD codebase that is still in development and is being used for an upcoming project that is a good escape from all the fantasy cliche MUDs. Also, I've written up an Imm system that is portable to any MU*, and even though it's a bit dated, it's still being used in a couple of SCA MUCKs.

Problems with the board and had to do a restore, unfortunately the board was lost. I've been trying to see if I could do a sleazy way of manually restoring it. Currently as well, working on a couple of stat systems that I think might be comparable to ACE LIPS, but I'll be running it through a few more tests.
