Translation needed - Polish to English :)

Well, let me apologize if this thread is out of place but I need a little favour. I have noticed that NMA has a special section dedicated to Polish news comments so I figured there are Polish people here :D I have a small poem or something, written in a language I presume to be Polish and I would appreciate if anyone is willing to help me and translate it into English :)
This is the actual text of it:
Jak powstaje, z upadlu? Przeciw komu wybiega, wiersz? Cr dudze ozywia wargi!

My polish is a little rusty (i never learnt to read or write polish), but I'll give it a shot.

How do you stand up, after a fall? against whom (something to do with motion), you know? i can't translate this bit.
 
Actually, it dosent make much sense, and is full of mistakes. The translation would be

How it stands up (or "how it's created", cant tell which is correct without a context), from a fall ("z upadłu" isnt correct, it sounds very archaic, it should be something like "z upadku")? Against whom it runs out, verse? ("poem"? or, if you'd remove the "r", it would be "you know?") That, which makes others ("not yours", and also, it should be "Co cudze", not "Cr dudze") lips alive!

Since there are no Polish diacritic symbols, the word "powstaje" might suggest 1st person singular. Still, the 2nd part suggest 3rd person, however the message of these sentences isn't really coherent so I wouldn't take it for granted. ;)

Anyway, my slight suggestion as for the third sentence is as follows:
That which belongs to others revives the lips.
(Assuming the "co cudze" phrase is the correct one)

Yes, i thought about that too, but since there aint a comma present between "cudze" and "ożywia", i assumed the version i wrote was the correct one. But with all the mistakes present in that text, cant really be sure of anything.

And yeah, "revives" sounds more in place.

Thank you all for helping me with this :) I checked with the source of the text but the text is copied exactly as it is so I have no explanation for the mistakes in it :S Anyway, thanks again for your rather fast replies and if you ever need a translation from Serbian/Croatian to English, let me know :D
