Trying To Edit NPCs In Fallout 2 RP v2.1.2b

I'm trying to edit the NPCs in Fallout 2 RP v2.1.2b, but for some reason FUCK won't read or edit the files correctly. It always says "Error Reading pro_crit.msg!" I couldn't figure out how to get it to work a year or two ago and forgot about it. I'd like to get it working now. Can anyone help me out here?

Most likely FUCK doesn't work with the RP, try editing them within the mapper or use FO12_critters_editor .
