I just looked it over and it's just another mode that you add. It's the one where you can make a weapon that fires two ammo types ( one for rifle one for grenade launcher). Gotta make that LeMat.

And nevermind, I found it.
 
Ah that, that was just a demo file to show a work around, though it doesn't actually use two ammo types. You'd have to make a new ammo entity with a sprite showing both bullets and grenades.
 
Weapons in FOT can only be assigned one ammo type. You can make the grenade ammo a seperate entity, doing explosive damage, but it has to be the same ammo type as the bullets. So if you've got normal ammo loaded you can still use the grenade mode, but you won't get all of the special effects. Or you can use the grenade ammo for the normal single/burst modes and get more explosive damage.

Basically they'd be like the shotgun slugs/electric/flechette or the armour piercing/jhp ammo entities. Same ammo type but different graphic and effects.
 
Which mod is that in? I have most of them downloaded, but now I have so many I can't keep track of them...

When I was goofing around with gun ENTs I thought the only way to do this was to set the weapon to the "rocket launcher" class, then customize the weapon sounds, ammo, etc. But I think the animations would still play as the "rocket launcher" one no matter what. It's kind of vague now.
 
If you could either put it up, now I need to satisfy my curiosity.

Or post who did it, or the filename, and I can see if I already have it.
