Unlimited party mod without mod runner?

Is there an unlimited party mod that doesn't use mod runner? I've looked through your file section, looked through other fallout sites, and searched google already. Anyone seen such a thing? :(
 
Mods without Modrunner- Manual method:

Use your favorite .dat tool to extract the 13 scripts of the Unlimited Party mod from the 'pm1002.dat' file. Make sure they are set to "Read Only".

If your game is already modded, there should be a folder at "Fallout2\data\scripts". If not, then you will need to create the data folder and a scripts folder within.

The game should use whatever it finds in the data folder to override the original .dat files.

It says v1.02 is required, so you may need to extract the contents of 'patch000.dat' to separate folders in the same way first. - Not sure about this part, but someone is sure to correct me if I'm wrong. :?

I hope you are not using this with the RP or the unnoficial patch.

If you are, then you are going to have problems in the long run as Killap modified some of the NPCs scripts in his mods.
 
If they give me trouble, I'll.... eliminate them.
