Johnny Rotten was a damned good man, you know. And Neil Young's tribute to him r0x0red my b0x0rs and s0x0rs.

Kharn (originally Kharn the Betrayer, until I removed the betrayer as everyone kept asking me what I had betrayed lately) is from WH40K, though it's spelt Khârn there. I read a story 'bout the fellow, just liked his insanity, I suppose.

JR is a little homage of mine to the best damn wrestling commentator ever, Jim Ross. The last part is from my birth cirtificate.

And you had to admit what you'd done at the village. ;)

"I'm Ugly and you're not!"

It's a commentary on my social lifestyle. There's the real me, hidden deep in my mind, that only a few other people know anything about, and the facade I present to the world, which is quite different. I pretend to be someone I'm not so the person I really am can be safe.

"Wouldn't It Be Nice If Everyone Would Just Die?"

yeah, I know what that's like. just put on a hard shell so that they can't hurt you. it helps, but it's also harder to get to know people when you're afraid that they will hurt you, you know what I mean? It's hard for "bad" people to get to you, but it's also harder to let "good" people in.

While on the topic - here's a song about that(roughly translated from swedish);
--------------------------------
People are dangerous, they bite
Say, were you aware of that?
My neighbours bite
And that old woman too
And the chick next to me on the subway
She bites like hell

People bite!
People bite!
People bite!

Sometimes, more or less
When you're drunk it's okay
But when you wake up in the morning
It gets worse every day
Then their eyes bite more and more every day

People bite!
People bite!
People bite!
------------

Heh. nice, isn't it?

I use this alias when I find my usual one has been nicked safe in the knowledge that it's highly unlikely anyone else is going to use it.

I loved the name Raven as they are those dark mysterious birds who are clean yet evil feeling. I found that many people had the name "Raven" when I was breaking into the net all those years ago so I needed something I felt seperated me. I put "True" infront of "Raven" and all of the sudden it just felt right.

Since then I've found that the mythical story behind a Raven in some culture is that they are the "Bringers of Death." Meaning that when someone is about to die somehow, Ravens come to bring the news of death. So based on that myth I am technically the "True Bringer of Death."

People use different variations of the name (TR, Traven, T.Raven, etc.) but that name has always stuck with me, and I have no intentions of getting rid of it.

The Village? Good Lord, that's a long time ago...

And that's not betrayal, it was just irrelevant little spam. Apologised later, got a lot of "Who cares?" and "bah, you're not him"s then.

Well when I first started playing Starcraft on Battle.net back in... when was is? 1998? Anyway, when I joined I needed an alias to use, so I tried to think of a name that wouldn't be too long, but would actually sound like something... so I landed on "Xotor" and stuck with it.

When I concluded I was short on imagination I took the first CD that I own in my mind and misspelled it.
