Using the mapper for fallout1

Hey

I've already asked this a while ago, but back than no one knew how to use the FO2 mapper for editing FO1 maps and then use them in the game. Does anyone know a way now perhaps?
 
I use Dim's mapper to edit Fallout maps - the Fallout 2 mapper seems to corrupt them or something. When I saved a map (v13ent.map) with the Fallout 2 mapper, it loaded 'empty' (screenshot). Dim's mapper, on the other hand, lacks in object flags (too many are "unknown", even those that can be found out through original mapper) and I have not found a way to edit the "script hexes", "tile scripts" or whatever their called.
