Vault 8 exp computer after Horrigan

First time out of the vault
Hi guys.

The first time this computer gave me the 20.000 exp points but, after that, it keeps saying "this does nothing"

I read on lots of websites that this computer gives exp every time you use it, it's that true?
Also I'm playing with Killap's Restoration Mod, has something to do with that?

It's fixed by the Unofficial Patch, which included in Restoration Project.

Why would you need that, anyway? 'Cause IMO it completely ruins the sense of ever continuing playing after the endgame. And if you wish to feel yourself unbeatable at last, just get F2 hintbook from padre at New Reno, it will make all of your skills 300, all of your stats 10, but at least you will have room for more xp - you won't be able to distribute skill points, but still would be able to get perks!

Because I have another character at level 40 and I wanted to level the other to be the same. I don't like to give mi char 300% in every skill.
