What ever happened to Vault52.net and it's flash game. It was neat and had some nice 3d images.

Oh, man, you're talking about the waaaaay back when. I'm sure there are those here who remember it, but I don't recall ever hearing anything about its fate. One day, it just... wasn't. Happens a lot with fan projects like that.

I'm sorry I missed that. I'm guessing it was from the early aughts, the golden era of in-browser Flash gaming?

Aye. I was constantly moving between places without connectivity and/or having computers explode back then so I'm no authoritative witness, but the last time I remember seeing it it was perpetually under construction, and progress was slow. This is the first time I've ever seen anyone mention it since then. I just assumed whoever was behind it got busy elsewhere and let it peter out. Looks like the domain belongs to ad spammers now.

Ah yes the good old days, I remember it like it was yester-year.

Vault 52 was being worked on by one person, it was a flash game that was eventually turned into a text based RPG kinda thing, I don't recall when it was finally abandoned. I used to be one of the community leaders on the forums there. I found a few pics and screenshots for those that are a bit nostalgic.

Also the last one that is orange is of the site in it's final form, it was actually at a separate URL that I can't recall at the moment. Hope you enjoyed the stroll down memory lane.

I also tossed a few random things, included the history doc I wrote for the flash game, I found in my old files from the site for fun!
