Water Chip? Been There, Done That

I got this in an e-mail. I can't help thinking it's a prank. Namely because the network people here are actually pretty good and know what they're doing. I got this from some guy, who for some strnage reason, has my WORK e-mail address? Only like, 6 people on the planet have that..... Anyway here it is:

Hoax or real? (I'm on NT, So I sure hope it does destroy the operating system
