What are the NPC stats?

Hi. I was wondering if there's a complete list of NPC stats/skills around anywhere? I can only find them for Vic and Cassidy on the Vault wiki, and I was looking to compare the skill levels. For example, I have no idea whether Sulik's actually a better shot with pistols than Vic or not, or what Lenny's Small Guns skill is.
 
You can unpack the proto files then use the FUCK utility to see all the stats. You'll have to do some math, though, and you'll have to load each level of each NPC separately. I don't know if someone made a spreadsheet of it already, but I doubt it.
