Whats your favorite radio music?

It Wandered In From the Wastes
I can say for myself Big Iron.

I know I know, it plays almost on repeat, but I just can't stop having the feeling that this is the most awesome music there is in the game.

Even though I don't really like listening to radios in Fallout (and the fact that EVERY single house has a working radio on), I found myself in love with this music.

Big Iron... you either love it or you hate it. Even though it wasn't in the game I'm quite partial to Orange Coloured Sky. Quite enjoy, "Sit and Dream" as well.

I never listen to the radiomusic. It's enough when I hear it in some random guys hut or house. The ambient soundtrack is fine.

I didn't really liked to listen to it at the beginning, it felt way too off that a radio station would still be standing AND working, and some fella stocked a lot of old musics to broadcast it.

But the sole reason I started listening to it was mr. New Vegas and Big Iron, those are awesome

I liked Big Iron the first hundred so or times I heard it, but it got old, same with the other songs. Turning off the radio was good though, the ambient music in this game good and I was missing out on it with the radio on.

While the radio in this game gets repetitive, at least it doesn't have Three Dog, he was so obnoxious.

Anything but Johnny Gitar. Seriously, I hate that guy, and wish we could go back in time to kill him, so that the song was never written. While the vanilla radio music is rather limited, RACE does a great job of mixing it up. That said, I still like the ambient music: the mix of Mark Morgan's classic tracks and Inon Zur's Fallout 3 soundtrack is enjoyable.

Of course, I still prefer to turn the music off entirely and play my old records of Dean Martin in the background, since I have about three hours or so of his recorded music.

I either like "Blue Moon" or "Orange Coloured Sky", if i'm ina gunslinging mood i'm up for "Texas Rey"

Edit: I forgot I like "Ain't that a Kick in the Head", who can't like it?

There is nothing like trying to get to Nellis for the first time with "Let it Snow" playing.

During the holiday season satellite radio had a Christmas music channel and it was most ly playing people featured in this game: Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, Frank Sintara, etc... It really made me want some cheap lame, Christmas DLC for this game.

A Santa Claus hat and some present-bombs?

Or maybe the jolly man in the red suit himself slapping around Todd Howard for being naughty....

"Love Me as Though There Were No Tomorrow", anything by Nat King Cole is worth listening to over and over again.

Agree, I really hate this song too.

My guess is that they should have put a lot of Motorhead and Ozzy songs in the game, I know, those are more like 60's to 80's, but its still close to the 50's. Then it would be awesome.

If it would be a totally different game maybe. :look:
These bands/songs/tunes don't even remotively fit to Fallout.

A lot of songs are good, particularly Blue Moon, Jingle Jangle Jingle, Big Iron, Stars of the midnight range, Why don't you do right, Ain't that a kick, etc

Screw Johny Guitar though, it's ok but gets on my nerves.

For some reason though I think the F3 radio had more memorable stuff. Or at least more songs in general. And the amusing Adventures of Herbert Daring Dashwood of course.

I can congratulate you good musical taste, like those too but
actualy started to enjoy Johny Guitarr and Lone Star too.
The advantures of Chosen one or VD on NCR Military radio woud be nice touch. I don't why they missed this oputunty NCR was big on Propagand on previus games and Radio Enclave with Eden/McDowel as host was only thing Betshesda done well when necromaised the Enclave.

In all honesty, I think they were just rushing to get it all done. I mean, the game has a ton of quests, enemies, weapons and items and it has pretty more of everything than F3 had. I bet that took a good while to make. And they had what, less than 2 years to do all that? No wonder they didn't have more unique dialogues for dumb characters and a better radio, the game is huge as it is.

Johnny Guitar(Yes), Ain't that a kick in the head, Big Iron. Actually I didn't dislike any song. I actually liked it more than F3s selection. For some reason the songs vibed more with me.

My favorite song was Stars of the midnight ranges but I always liked Johnny bond. Fallout 3 had far better music in my opinion. I love all Fallout 3 music (Lets go sunning it's so good for you!) and I merely like all New Vegas music.

I think I'll pop in Fallout 3 just to listen to the radio. :P
