Which dev other than Obsidian or Inxile would you pick to make a future Fallout game?

My list would be like this, in order of priority:

1. CD Projekt Red
2. Irrational Games
3. Eidos Montreal
4. Harebrained Schemes
5. Bioware
6. Arkane Studios

Yeah, Bioware is why Fallout 4 is having voiced protagonists and shit.

Taught developers that all you need to do to call a game an RPG is three lines of dialogue that don't go anywhere and railroady narratives that pretend like they're open.

If Obsidian is not in charge of the Next Fallout game then I would prefer if there wasn't a new Fallout game.

Irrational Games doesn't even exist anymore, and even if they did then their Fallout would just turn into a linear shooter that has it's head way up it's ass with a shitty story that pretends to be deep.

None of those would be my preference. Obsidian is my vote, but it's not an option here... so... modders. They may not be devs but they sure can cook up a storm when they feel like it.

Larian has shown they can do fantasy. I wonder if they could pull off spinoff like Tactics or something Xcom like?

1. CD Projekt Red
5. Bioware
It seems to me as if both would do equally bad. I doubt I have to explain the faults of BioWare, but as far as CD Projekt is concerned, just look at the MASSIVE downgrade that Assassins Of Kings was in comparison to The Witcher. They show the same degeneracy that BioWare does, but their series is based on a book and isn't a party RPG. I'm frankly amazed that there wasn't a huge customer backlash regarding Assassins Of Kings, when their entire PR campaign prior to the game's release was based on not being another streamlined console port, while the product delivered was exactly that - streamlined in every possible manner. And my grievances here aren't as much with the gameplay, I can live with that, it's that the entirely unique universe of The Witcher was turned into another generic fantasy world, losing the genuine Slavic touch that made the first game's world so unique.
2. Irrational Games
Might be a good idea, as long as they go from a clean slate rather than making a Bioshock crossover.
3. Eidos Montreal
The people behind Thiaf?

4. Harebrained Schemes
I didn't play anything of theirs other than Shadowrun Returns, and that one seemed more focused on mechanics than choices, consequences and lore. But if we're looking for a necessarily isometric Fallout, there are worse choices.
6. Arkane Studios
They might do better in the non-stealth genre. I'm tired of typing so I declare that I basically agree with this review:

I don't know if Irrational would have the ability to put together a game so massive and full of different routes and choices to take as a Fallout is supposed to be.
Let's just hire Sarkeesian and Fish as lead directors, I mean, they can't possibly do worse than Bethesda... or do they?

What about Larian Studios? I haven't played Divinity, but it looks like a pretty solid RPG.

Deus Ex though.

Dragonfall is a masterpiece, give it a try.

What about Kojima Productions? Do you guys think they would be able to handle a challenge so different from their usual projects? Kojima is no doubt one of the brightest minds in the industry, but I have my reservations it could possibly be the appropriate man.

Irrational would be a hell no from me since despite popular belief, Bioshock Infinite had some silly convoluted story that was boring and outdated FPS mechanics. Eidos Montreal were behind Thiaf so you can imagine what would happen if they were given permission to shit on the Fallout series like Bethesda.

They have an issue related to number 3, but apparently F3 has already been relesead. No further problems for GabeN.

They haven't released their games yet, but i have some faith in the develloppers of Underrail, Age Of Decadence and Insomnia.
If the result is good enough, they could be considered as good Fallout sequels, without the name or any branded materials.
