I remember reading in one of the forums about a program that converts bitmaps into msks; I have searched the forums for it but I can't find it, does anyone know anything about it?
The reason I ask is because I managed to add all the southern california (Fo1 map) as an extension to the worldmap in Fo2, just need to make the msk files and clean up some of the tile frms.
