First thing my father was asked was if he has enough money to go home. The right answer is always YES - you will be granted voluntary departure. Otherwise - I'll leave that to your imagination (guntotting agents put you in handcuffs and toss you into plane). As for shooting - remember China, where government sends family of shot criminal a bill for a bullet.

Damn right. It's your property and your life. The only exception, I think, is that torture and enslavement of trespassers is too much
