You're stuck on an island?

Darklogic

First time out of the vault
Three books, three movies are available to you. I know, I'm so original....

Anyhow, for me:

Books
1. Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep
2. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
3. Candide

Movies
1. Brazil or Blade Runner
2. American Graffiti
3. Aliens

No movies for me, only these three books :

1.Survive on a Desert Island by Claire Llewellyn

2.How to Build a Wooden Boat by David C. McIntosh

3.Suicide and Attempted Suicide: Methods and Consequences by Geo Stone

1. The Bible - it's a pretty decent fantasy book plus, trying to figure WTF the Revelation is all about should keep me entertained.
2. Sirens of Titan by Kurt Vonnegut, one of his first breakthrough novels and a masterpiece in it's own right.
3. A compilation of all Shakespeare works.

Movies?

Hmmm.

1. Equilibrium - aesthetics, gunfights, gun kata, characters.
2. Pink Floyd - The Wall - Roger Waters' magnum opus. Needs no recommendation.
3. A western by Sergio Leone. Just because I haven't watched one yet. :)

Books
1. Survival Guide (Hunting, cooking, tents, etc)
2. 101 Ways to Cook your Friends (Just in case there's no natural fauna on the island)
3. Eating Plants!: What will kill you? What won't? A guide to tropical herbs and berries.

Movies
1. Electrical Engineering 101: Building your own equipment.
2. Boats, sails, aerodynamics: A guide to life-saving rafts!
3. A really good porno.

If this is an American Island, can we order take out via parachute drops?

Books
American Psycho
Alas Babylon
2001

Films
Full Metal Jacket
Blade Runner
Aliens

Books:
War & Peace - Childrens Cardboard Page edition. (What better to build a raft with than waterproof, chew-proof cardboard?)

Movies: Anything with Lindsey Lohan or Will Smith- what better incentive to leave?

I guess the best choice is to bring the complete McGiver series. Give the guy a cotton bud and a knife, and he builds a supermarket on your island.

Books
-The Stand by Stephen King
-I Am Legend by Richard Matherson
-The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks

Movies?
-The Time of the Wolf
-The City of Lost Children
-The Matrix

Once Upon A Time In the West, STAT!

Anyways:

Movies:
The Big Lebowski
Way Of The Dragon or Enter The Dragon (could never pick between them)
Fight Club

Books:

Jurassic Park
Either American Psycho or Glamorama (can't pick either)
2001

They might make good movies, but I prefer the books.
Also, I've never actually seen 2001, only read the book.
Yeah, yeah, so shoot me.
