Still Mildly Glowing

Over the intervening years since FO3 was announced by Bethesda I've been intermittently following the press. Personally, I fall in the "well, they'll probably screw it up but at least it's something new" camp that cynically expects the worst but feeds the Bethesda machine more quarters than it should never-the-less.
With that said I had some quick questions that I still haven't found answered by any of the recent previews:
Thanks for any and all responses.
With that said I had some quick questions that I still haven't found answered by any of the recent previews:
- Is the original music going to be included in the game? By this I mean the atmospheric music that permeated most of the game play of FO1 and / or FO 2.
- This certainly does look to be "Oblivion with guns" but one element of Oblivion I actually enjoyed were the books, is Bethesda looking to introduce this kind of depth to Fallout? It's really the best aspect of the Elder Scrolls series.
- Have they released a quest count or general comparison to other games (i.e. past FOs or Oblivion)? I know the land mass and NPC count is smaller than Oblivion, but...
- Are all the original FO weapons and armor making a return? I know new stuff will be added.
- One of FO2's greatest failings was the fact certain plot points forced combat. Any word how good a charismatic , fast talking scientist with no tagged combat skills would do in FO3?
- Are Traits in?
- Is this game using Radiant AI? *Please* tell me somebody has official commented that the AI won't be Oblivion retarded.
- Lastly, are negative drug effects and negative perks still in?
Thanks for any and all responses.
