As many of you don't know, I'm currently working in Chicago's Sears Tower (on Summer/Winter breaks since last year). Well, today is turning out to be interesting. Apparently there was some plot to bomb me....and the building in which I work:

But what's the atmosphere like here for the employees? Is there panic? Perhaps to your surprise, it's been a morning filled with sarcasm and black humor. Since I walked into the office it's been a flood of one liners:
"You wearing that shirt for your last day on Earth?"
"Good thing I brought my parachute"
"Don't forget to grab those office chairs when we get evacuated"
"Hey Everybody, Anderson Cooper is downstairs!"
On Phone: "Hey guys...um....I think I'll work from home today"
*trader humor* "Yeah, and as soon as I evacuate, someone buys a hundred futures. I'm staying right here."
And of course, everyone was turning on the TV to watch all the "Terror threat" and "Are We Safe" headlines.
But hey, the day isn't over yet...
I hope you'll miss me if I go down.
