So Old I'm Losing Radiation Signs

Yes, this may sound indeed like a silly question, but if you take a closer look to it, worldmapdesign is pretty important, as you spend a lot of time in many games on it. Ofcourse, its mostly in RPG games though. 
I am just a sucker for such little details and how many time developers spent into it.
So, what worldmap in terms of design (be it usability, "beautiness" etc) you like the most?
I like the Fallout 1 map:
Probably the most - I can't even explain why, it just looks damn good, somehow totally depressing and melancholic, and the amount of detail in it is awesome. The whole art-direction is just superb.
Since FO is probably an obvious choice for many people here I am interested in other opinions too.
